I think you can have any colour, depending on eye colour and actual skin colour you could be light brown or very pale..but a chocolate brown is always safe.
In my opinion a sandy blonde or light brown. If you go blonde you risk your hair looking white and if you go too dark it makes your skin look too light.
id say brown and up as far as shades
