Why would a man just up and leave his wife?

I have a girlfriend whos husband just up and left last month after 19 years of marriage, he swears there is no one else, he told her she did nothing wrong. she is absoutley beautiful. Does anyone have any feedback

there’s always multiple reasons why someone leaves… your girlfriend should look a little deeper into the relationship. Even if he says it was nothing there were definitely many different reason why he left
