Why won't my best friend help me with my personal issues?

My best friend and I are super close, like any best friends. But when I go to talk to her about my personal problems like boys, parents, school, and other friends she won’t help me. AT ALL! She just says it will be ok or she won’t even text me back or she will change the subject. So like now I have no one to help me. What should I do?

You probably talk about it to much and it gets annoying people dont want to hear you talk about yourself and all your ptoblems its kinda like shut up I dont want to hear you talk

but she is my best friend and it seems like she doesn’t want to help me not that she doesn’t know what to say or doesn’t know the answer. it’sike she doesn’t care that I am having problems.

she might not know how to answer them, or might be more than a listener either way, next time you talk to her try actually asking her for advice, like ask her what she thinks you should do if she still doesnt say anything try asking other friends or get advice and help from soemone else like another friend, parent, teacher or councellor

Perhaps you should talk to a counselor…that’s what they are there for.

It’s possible your friend just doesn’t feel competent in helping you with issues…not everyone comes with a dictionary of good advice.
