Why won't he just ask me out?

Okay, so there’s this guy who i really like. He tells me he likes me alot and even (just kidding around) tells me he loves me and that we are already going out. but he hasn’t actually asked me yet. I talk to him every day/ night for probably 4 hours each day. He even tells my friends he likes me ! But then wont ask me out. I’m kind of done playing these games but i really like this boy. What do i do ?!

i think you should ask him out in person and if you dont want to ask him in person then write him aletter telling him how you feel

write a letter or confront him on the phone and tell him how you feel. i know it aint that easy but jus try it
