Why my boyfriend doesnt like when I wear something that showes ...?

he sounds over protective.. that he doesnt want any others guys to look or get a peek of what really only he should get to see. he sounds like hes doing it for all of the right reasons, but if you don’t like it then sit him down and explain what you don’t like

Sounds like your controlling boyfriend has major insecurities of his own and if that’s how he is now, imagine how he will be in the long-run. It will get to the point where you will be isolated from your friends and family and work and he will want you to solely depend on him because it gives him the upper hand in the relationship. I believe you are smart enough to know if it’s something you can work out, or if it’s something that will never change. He does it because he loves you yes, but it’s more so you will never be tempted by other men giving you attention and if you aren’t getting their attention (revealing clothes) he feels less anxious when he is not with you. Make sense?

Seriously, your boyfriend is being extremely jealous and possessive, not to mention paranoid. I understand that he is your boyfriend but if you don’t like this, tell him to back off (you can do it politely but sometimes a man needs a firm hand, especially a man like this one). Really, if you want to stay with him, you should be prepared for his constant emotional baggage: low self-esteem, insecurity, jealousy and possessiveness.
