Why isn't this app appearing on my iPod?

I downloaded an app onto my iTouch but the signal got cut off and the download stopped. I tried downloading it from my computer and putting it on from there, but it still didn’t appear. So I deleted it and tried the whole process all over again, but it still didn’t work. I’ve been having issues with a couple of other apps, but others are getting onto my ipod. I’m pretty sure they are compatable with it, and it has a ton of memory on it. How do I get these apps to appear on the screen?

BABesss try deleteing it off your itouchhh then downloadddinignggg it againnns then it should work , xxx xthain—tahanyuayayya-xoxoox sss

It could be a problem with the app and not your phone.
