why is my skin numb?

a few hours ago I felt my neck and my face and it feels numb. I havent had any surgery or anything. its weirdd though. I dont know if its my hands or my skin. advice??

It is strange, but as for the last bit, if you think the lack of feeling is your hand, switch hands or have someone else touch your face. And it is probably a good idea to seek professional medical advice.
