Why is my MP3 doing this?

So, I play a song on my MP3, then put it on shuffle, but it doesn’t stay on for a good two songs. It only starts when it reaches a Papa Roach song (my songs are in alphabetical order so I know when it’s not on shuffle) It’s getting annoying. Anyone knows what’s going on? I just wanna no. Lol. Oh and when my friend uses it, it doesn’t does it with him.. :O Maybe it hates me! Haha jks, well, thanks to anyone who can help. ♥

The best thing to do is take it to a professional. That was they can diagnose the problem. If this isn’t what you want to do, you could simply watch what your friend does when he listens to it. Maybe it’s something your doing.
