Why is my hair so greasy?

you should probably start washing it every day, as you get older, it needs washed more often. also, make sure when you use shampoo that you scrub it really hard into your scalp. use a shampoo made special for oily hair.

your hair is greasy because of the shampoo that you use, unfortunitly black and white people have different kinds of hair(im sure you know that)black people have very dry hair so they make shampoo and conditioners that will moisturize the hair and white people already have naturale moisture in there hair so if your useing a shampoo that has moisturizer in it than its gonna double up so I would switch shampoos oh by the way I am a licensed cosmotologist, try it you’ll see. you should probably wash it everyday then. Its true as you get older hormones affect the way you body produces its own natural grease. You could also be getting your period, that will cause your hair to get grease faster. When you shampoo your hair, you may need to use more than what you usually do. Dont scrub it in really hard, that might cause stress on your scalp. You scalp is very senitive. Just use more than what you usaully do when you shower. For conditionar, Use less but let it sit in your hair for a while.
