Why is everyone so into being perfect

Nobody is perfect and they even know that, or they should. Otherwise they would be conceited…which most people are.

umm, you know what? maybe you’re putting others down by labeling them “preps”. Did you ever think of that?

I gues because people don’t like 2 b told that dey don’t dress good or get put down or be told they are 2 poor to buy nice things. I ♥ looking perfect even if I don’t need to be because I want to enjoy what da good lord gave me. still I don’t care what people think

umm yeah im ‘prep’and not perfect and I dont plan to and I dont put tothers down so I wud correct urself and say some preps no you no what dont even label people like that! ugh! and not everyone is concerned with being perfect some people get to caught up but htats just something they will learn from!

for one, no one is perfect, and yeah, labeling people is just as bad as putting someone down. I don’t want to be a “prep” but many would say that I am just because of the way I dress, well there is more to life than clothes and the way you look! why people think there is is because of everything that influences us all the time, tv music movies and even other people. they all make up feel like we have to look good. when really it started just from the companies wanting to make more money…

becasue people can be idiots during your teens (especially) kids get concerned about there looks seeing models, celebrities, fashion magazines ect helps promote low self esteem in people people dont look like that in real life, too many people today are photoshoped because those people think that today you need to be perfect and “flawless” to be someone, get noticed, get guys, ect as you get older most people grow out of this but for now there being influenced by these things and promiscuose music and its all giving them ideas on how to dress and look a lot of peoples image of themself is wrong …in actual fact perfect does exist its in each and every one of us …because whoever you are, your perfect at being YOU.

I was in total agreement about what you said until you said that preps put everyone down. I think that you’re just as much a part of the problem if you’re labeling people. people aren’t soup cans and they don’t need labels. and miszbina, you’re in there too with egrace. maybe if we all just learn to accept everyone for who they are and learn to know that everyone is different and everyone has a uniqueness about them, there won’t be such a problem with people trying to be “perfect”. how about you think about that for a little while.

preps are always put down because preps are annoying.people try to be perfect cause they think it makes them look better,and about preps,people put them down because of their annoying giggles ,their abercrombie shirts all the time and their money.also they brag a lot and are little richies,then when they try to make a blonde girl teen story and get pregnant they expect everyone to pitty up and feel bad for them.

there is no such thing as PERFECT
