Why I'm suddenly emotional?

you might be getting depressed. if you didnt deal with your issues in the past those problems will stick with you forever untill you talk about what happened to someone in detail and tell them how you felt.

It’s memories and paranoia…I have it too. I just try not to think about it, but sometimes it doesn’t help. You just have to find a hobby that can keep you busy so you won’t remember anything.

I don’t know if you have trouble at home or not, and it sounds like allot of sadness that is putting a burdden on you. Can you talk to your parents? School can be a challenge and there are probably allot of issues with classmates and others that make fun of you for I don’t know why but, this seems like depression coming on and so, please!! talk to someone like your parents as I said before, or, Read your scriptures and talk to your Pastor.
