why I can not add anybody

why I can not add anybody like a friend when I see the profile I cant add anybody I dont see add me like a friend below the picture is there any change on the website any answer is welcome thank you.

It could be a technical problem…try talking to an advisor about it. Also, try logging off then back on, or refresh your page.
