Why has all my itunes music disappeared?

I’m quite worried :o I just opened up my itunes to find that everything had disappeared! There is absolutely nothing and all my playlists have gone. What on earth is going on? Can anyone help?

is the music still on your computer?

If it disappears, then you can always contact their support team: http://funadvice.com/r/beq3vmremi3

if it’s stuff you purchased…if not, then you’ll have to search your computer and or restore from backup to recover the music files.

It could be anything from a faulty drive in the ipod, to a software error that erased everything.
