Why don't men go for personality too like girls do?

I just read a question where this guy’s friend is not good looking and has acne and he pulls gorgeous women because they like his personality and a lot of girls say that they go for personality in guys because they’ve dated good looking guys and they found out that he’s a prick. there were girls answering his questions that they prefer personality. I just want to know if guys feel the same way too? If you date beautiful women, are they arseholes too? If you see an unattractive woman and she’s confident and asked you out, would you date her? I mean men and women are both equal right? I’ve found out that the majority of men I see and meet, they don’t like ugly girls and girls just don’t care about looks.

I know unattractive guys can be arseholes too but surely if a guy sees a pretty girl, they would experience zero personalities too like girls see good looking guys with zero personality.

tbh I’ve enver actually seen women beeping at guys, wolf whistling and being a pervert. I’m not saying that there isn’t any but it seems the majority of them are men being known as perverts. When I hear the word pervert I think of men. why can’t we think of women being perverts eventhough there are women who are perverted too?
