Why don't guys understand girls feelings?

the guy persuades the girl that he loves her, but then how come it is much harder for the girl to get over the guy?

Guy (18): its slimply because your a girl. girls emotions play a bigger role in their everyday life. so girls take longer to get over stuff and the dramatize stuff that is little. all in all, there isnt really anything you can do.

Actually it’s not just the girl. A lot of guys take a long time to get over a break-up too. It all depends on how emotionally attached you are to each other. Most guys won’t show it so they don’t look weak or something in front of their friends (kinda stupid though). It depends sometimes if the guy is comfortable with his sexuality. If he knows for a fact that he is straight, he won’t care if someone might think he’s gay for showing his emotions. Some guys are more “in- tune” with their emotions than others and they feel the same thing that the girl would feel if not worse. It’s all a matter of how much the guy and girl are in-tune with themselves and each other.
