to me it seems like he was just using you to feel you up for sexual pleasure so I dont think you should let him do that anymore, also do what teymarii said to do tell the other girl he asked out she he gets screwed over.

go to the police-make a complaint against him for touching you-press charges-sue him for the fact your scared to go to school cus your infear of being abused again…

infact let your teachers know first… dont let him get away with it!
