Why do people studder?

I had a very bad studdering problem, its hard for people to realize when they are studdering. Just ask them to take a deep breath and calm down, it is very frustrating for them so just smile and avoid showing feelings of being annoyed.

My mom had a friend who had a HUGE stuttering problem. She said in order to hide his stutter he had to talk unbelievably slow, so it was very hard to hold a conversation with him.

I stutter sometimes if I talk way past my normal limit which is very fast,but I learned to control it 3 months ago and so far I haven’t stuttered in a long time. It is annoying at times but you will get use to it as you grow older.

I do admit it’s funny depending on how the person speaks. It can only end when the person decides he/she wants to change their way of speech.

studdering is caused by their brains think faster than their mouth can keep up I saw it on “truelife:I studder” but the girl on the show had to go to classes and they teach them how to speak slowly and clear and they do exerices for that and such I used to think that people that studder was “simple” but I guess their smarter than us

Studdering annoys me so much. Im a fast talker so it really gets on my nerves.

I think people just grow out of it :)
