I recently got food poisening from prawns at a resturant Should I say anything or complain or whatever?

if you find that you would like to warn other people then yes. :]
You should at least let the restaurant know. They may have a supplier that is unaware that they are selling tainted food.
If you complain you will help many people from getting food poison
