Why do people find my music choices Funny?

People lauph when people ask what music I listen to.I dont know why people find it funny. My main music I listen to recantly are Beatles,Newton Faulkner,Boyzone,Blur,Madness, George Harrison,Pink Floyd,Kirsty Maccoll and Take That Please be honest What is so funny?

I personally have only heard of a couple of those bands lol but just wanted to say rock what you like, I get a little poked fun @ for music too, my cousin teases me for Bright Eyes, my dad because I like Glen Miller and some 50s music. Since I’ve only heard a couple of those bands, I don’t know what ppls deal w/ your music is but the hell with them lol some of my fave musicians are people no one seems to know or like, espcially if they have a really different sound. and btw, the beatles and pink floyd are pretty popular here, so its not just you!

I only know beatles, george harisson, pink floyd and blur. And they’re all great! Dont know why other people find that funny. Though I though want you back from take that is a funny song with a funny melody but its not bad. :| dont mind them, you dont need to conform to their type of music.
