My nipples have been red,sore and aching for a week now. Im 2wks away from my period. I want to know what does this mean

Hormones or maybe clothing or some sort of fabric softener that is irritating you. In any case, make sure that you wear a proper bra and get some nipple cream (available at pharmacies) to help for the itching and discomfort.
