Why do kids date at 10?

Well it’s just like a young, cute, inocent love you know. Like they see older brother or sister do it so they give it a try, like I bet you where starting to worry about boys like at 9 or something.

Because they see the older kids, I.e. 7th and 8th graders, doing it. It makes them feel like they are normal. Well, dating does not mean that you have to go out somewhere, that is why there is a little bit of a differance between dating and going out. Besides, you don’t have to go out every day to be dating.

I dated young because I wanted to feel loved and cared for by someone else. At 11 or 12 I’m not sure if I actually understood fully what that included, but for me, there was still an idea of what it SHOULD have been. It had nothing to do with sex, going on dates, or doing it because everyone else was. That said, though, each person has their own reason.

Is it a good idea? Probably not. If I had to do it all over again, I would have made myself wait. Looking back, I realize that there’s no rush for it. I lived and learned, I guess. :)

its not a money thing you dont need money to go out, kids could have a date at free places, like the beach or park they do it because sex is everywere nowdays they find out about it earlier than they used to and they find out about dating a lot earlier than they used to they see older kids and “‘everyone’’ else doing it and they want to as well some of them are in it just for fun, other children want to find something serious (and unrealistic at their age) serjimmy is also right kids that age dont understand love, they think tey might, but almost all of them dont a lot of kids also do is as a social thing because all there little friends are dating or because its seen as “‘cool”‘

It’s all dependent on their home life. Most kids that date so young are the kids with more laid back parents and/or have older siblings who date and spend a lot of time with their mate rather than hanging out with their younger sibling. Therefore, the kids who don’t have older siblings who are most likely going to be helping care for their family and not really “dating” and going out a lot are the ones who don’t see it happening. The kids who don’t date so young most likely have overprotective parents or excessive caring, where the child does nothing in the world on his or her own, the mom or dad worries and does everything

it’s so they can end up on jerry springer when they turn about 15 from having kids at too young of an age. They start having sex because it’s the COOL thing to do, then they realise how un-cool having to take care of a kid is. I think its more do to subliminal messages in cartoons, movies, and songs. Brain wash the kids while they’re young right, that way tomarrows world leaders will be prostitutes and gang members.
