Why do I have a low sex drive and what can I do to change that?

As the question says… Even though I only lost my v last year and that… I wish my sex drive was a lot higher than it is now… How can I improve that because I know that it is doin my boyfriend’s head in aswell as mine =/

According to one article I read a long time ago, one of the best ways to improve your drive is to just have more sex. And the woman who was writing this seemed to have a good experience with it all in the end.

Also, there are supplements out there that can help, as well. Try looking up something called HerSolution.

yes I’m still with the guy I lost it too and I’m not on any medication or depressed or anything tbh I’m really happy lol well the last time we had sex was 2 weeks ago… 1 week was bein on and that… sex is good between us… my main problem is gettin in the mood I think =/

Try having a couple of drinks. That’s what my last girlfriend did when she wanted to fool around. Start with just a couple and work your way up. You don’t want to be drunk, just buzzed. You coould also trying working out a little before seeing your boyfriend. It will help get your adrenaline flowing.

a lot of stuff can cause a low sex drive: drugs, alcohol, depression and even drugs prescribed by your GP can do it. also a bad experiance with/during sex can cause it.
