Why do I feel like this?

I like this girl that is in my college english class. I am a sophomore and she is a freshman. I want to tell her that I like her but everytime I try it seems like my mind is telling me otherwise. She seems to like me bc everytime we are around each other I can make her laugh and smile. I even went to church with her yesterday. PLEASE HELP ME

ya thats the one thing that makes me angry because every time I like a girl I feel like this but either they reject me or I wait to long and someone else swoops in and then im out of the picture
