I was exactly the same but when I got into high school I knew I had to change because I wanted to make new friends and so I can meet guys. So start off by asking a homework question but not so much you seem dumb. Or say like god isnt this teacher sooo anoying? but not so much you seem like you complain a lot. start off by asking these little questions then work your way up to joining conversations that your friends have with other people your not use to talking to. dont feel discouraged if they don’t automaticly start talking back to you cause there not really use to talking to u. so just do that when you get a chance and never give up!! I did that and now I’ve been asked out and im the girl who is known as being the funny, fun, happy, and cute. By the way, if you start wearing alittle bit of makeup and doin your hair, you get compliments which will help boost your confidence. HOPE THIS HELPS!!

Make an effort to talk to guys, and then ull find that you can talk to them normally, at first just chat about school stuff, then maybe move on to TV programmes or shared interest. Make as many new acquaintances as possible, and you’ll feel more confident the more you make. This is the same with the guy you like, just have a chat to him about skl stuff, then find out his shared interests and chat about more personal things. =) Good luck!
