Why do guys always like skinny girls?

I don’t know anyone who actually like skinny, shallow girls… there probably the worsed, there is nothing more annoying then dating a girl who only thinks about herself and has a dry sence of humor.

P.S the more meat the more curves, doubt any guy wants to go out with a girl that makes him look like katie price.

ummm maybe but i was at luna park with 2 of my friends the other day and when we got off a ride some boy pointed to my friend and said look at that fat chick…OMG she isnt even fat she just has a big build nd all guys see is fat!

You got the wrong end of the stick hun, different people have different views so everyone has their own taste… I have seen like the most fittest guys go out with ugly girls… doesn’t that say for something? Plus some people I know don’t care about looks or weight… personality is what shows.

its partly because guys are guys and a lot of them (BUT NOT ALL OF THEM!) go for girls that have something to show off. And ultra-skinny girls, really DONT have anything to show off, so I dont know why so many other girls idolize them. I agree that personality is the most important factor, but think about it:

to be completely honest with you, guys actually like girls with meat on theirr bones. When i was really skinny, no guys asked me out. I gained weight and bam! 3 boyfriends later, and im dealing with a new one ;)

If that’s the only type of guys that you know, then maybe you should roll with a different crowd. We’re not ALL like that…

why cant a person have a person that is both beautiful internally and externally??? what is wrong in desiring that?

I am a male from The Bahamas, and I truly believe that it also has a lot to do with culture, where am from big girls are in style (so to speak), because of our proximity to the U.S we are well up to date on U.S culture and I am aware of the big girl small girl dilemma, were as big girls are ridiculed by the majority and watch as small girls get the glory and attention. We must first determine what is fat. I know that the term “a perfect size 5’ is what the media ( tv, models, posters and billboards) determine as normal. Personally I prefer a size 8 to 12 but over here guys literally chase after 14 to 16. I’ve notice that recently the media have started adding full figured girls in a lot of movies and commercials which is good. Am not saying that there is something wrong with being skinny, I believe that we should aspire to be who ever we want to be, as long as you are happy and healthy, thats all that matters. I just dont believe that big or small girls should be made fun of, and YES skinny girls do get pointed and laughed at. I believe that in due time all of that will change, it is the media that caused this problem, and it is the media that will hopefully slowly but surely solve it. Females are under more pressure than males to maintain their appearance so I understand how they feel, the only advice I can give is that all men arnt jerks, but until it is widely accepted you can either change your appearance by loosing weight or be happy for how you look and find a guy who appreciates you, but sorry to say ‘birds of a feather’ am sure you know the rest, and what am trying to say.

Umm not all skinny girls are b!tches and s|uts. && alot of us actually aren’t shallow. You’re making all of us sound sooo bad. And were not. So get your facts straight.
