Not all guys like blondes - I’d say it’s 50/50. Some men like it and some don’t. I know plenty of men that would rather a dark haired girl.

this is because our society is dominated by white people who have socially constructed norms of attraction and beauty through history. Blonde hair blue eyes denotes power and privilege regardless of sex, and having a partner that is stacked, with a fat a_ss, and blonde hair blue eyes is a sort of trophy to display to other men. Self notion of masculinity are partially defined by the approval of other men, and having such a girl allows them to succesfully engage in such homosocial reproduction.
