Why do guys do what they do to me?

Why is it, that whenever a guy answers a question with a yes agreeing that he would let me give him head and he would do it with me, things begin to change likeiebd up not hearing from him after like 3-4 days after we had talkd it overand came to an agreement. Are they shy or nervous or what are they? Even tho they are not vrgins bt I am?

well maybe they just said yes so you wouldnt feel bad if they said no, dont throw yourself at them, let them want you, then you dont have to do something with them to get them to like you, you should have more respect
