Why cant I upload my pik on mycricket mms?

Why when I put my MDN number in and my messege id number in and log on, why does it keep acting like its still downloading after 1 hour?

because cricket is funded and severly watched and controlled by the gov. they listen to your calls and read your texts ten times easier with cricket than any other wireless network…hope it’s not illegal
