Why cant I orgasm when I use an object?

I tried this question before but it got deleted because I guess people have asked it multiple times but I havent found any answers. I’ve tried a lip gloss tube, a mascara tube, my own fingers, my hairbrush handle, and a pulsar toothbrush but nothing works inside me. The only thing that works is rubbing my clit or spraying the shower head on my clit.
