“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

im the same way, and I dont have a tape worm and I don’t throw it up or anything… you probably just have a fast metabolism =]

Answer #3

most people would love to have your problem. But do you feel constantly light headed naushis , or tired? Then you might have a tape worm which then I suggest going to the doctors immediately and make sure its not a tape worm.

Answer #4

I wish I had your problem, if thats your biggest problem than you’ll be ok

most likely your either throwing it up, you have some kind of parasite (like a tape worm) that is eating everything you eat or you just have a fast metabolism.

Answer #5

heyjay’s right, in the grand scheme of things, you have a wonderful problem. there’s things you can do to maximize weight gain; eating foods right before you go to bed is one of them. do you drink milk? if you don’t, then start. if you do, it’s probably skim. switch to 2%, or better yet, to whole milk. the ultimate switch would be to add chocolate to every glass as well. do you work out? if you do, switch it to the evening time, rather than the morning. working out in the morning increases your metabolism all day. you don’t want that for weight gaining. consume more protein. red meats, and the rarer the better. you are going to be living the dream, and I’m so excited for you! best of luck.
