My guess is they have some notion of “customer support” that you can use to contact them.

Me? I’m the co-founder of funadvice, and while I don’t personally respond to all emails we get, I read them all.

:) Perhaps I’m incorrect in my thinking, but I have a hard time believing the co-founder of Bebo does the same.

Bebo sometimes have their little ‘network problems’ I currently get on too, it’s probaby just a fault, I guess it will start working in a few hours. =]
