why are my pictures on my computor blurry?

Onjly picture on my computor is blurry. How do I make them clearier so I can see them?They are out of focus

well pictures on your computer are displayed in pixel form (little dots that if you look real close to your comp you can see em) so if you change the resolution (which I 4got how to do). Fix the contrast (I usually do that on windows photo editor I believe its called). also changing the screen size to something smaller because maybe the pixels cant fill up the whole screen so if you change the screen size to something smaller they will fit hope that helps!
