Why am not open about anathing?

see things have been really hard and it’s like so easy for me to say everything that I feel inside to someone that is like on a advice chat or like on here. Why is it I’m like that I can’t tell anybody how my real life is and I hide everything and live a lie at school and it’s like so fruestruating!! Is something wrong whit me?

no nothings wrong with you, its probobly a confidence thing as here you have the screen as a barrier whereas in the real world its just you. Its normal to feel a bit like this especially when youre in a situation where youre around lots of people. I dont know how old you are but as a mid teenager its really hard to be open as it can feel like everyone is judging you even though theyre equally as scared. just relax. :)
