Why am I treated like a baby if I'm 18?

just turned 18. Treated like a baby, not allowed to do anything I want, they say I cant move out.

well maybe your parents dont think you act mature. help them out more and be responsible for things. maybe have a talk with them?

you and some of your friends can try renting a house together move out if your parents try and stop you wait till they leave for work then go and dont come back if they find out where yyou live and try and make you come home then tell them your an adult and if they dont stop you will leave adn they will nver see you again

At 18 you can do whatever you want. So long as you can afford it.

The real question, however, is…how old do you ACT? Because if you act like a child then thats probably the reason you are being treated as such.

Make some money, move out, be totally self sufficient and then your parents can no longer treat you like a child.

oh hold on your american? 21 for a adult over there?/ I dunno :S
