Why am I so sad and irritable over being on my period?
OK I just started my period on monday (first time and last to all of my friends) and today I was so close to crying over just not getting my homework done and after thinking about it thats the most stupidest reason ever. I have the worst pains and all people ask is whats wrong are you ok? and at the time I just freaked out? am I going to have to live with this forever? Will I always have these pains every month? is there any tips on getting pads with me to the restroom without any one seeing? and I will not talk to my mom about it because thats just weird to me. Why do we have it so hard when guys have it so easy? help me!!! Please!
it might get better. it’s diff. for every1. I got mine at age 12,and mine were always heavy,irregular and had the worse pains. still do and seeing an obgyn for it this week. you should tell your mom though that’s why she’s there to help you. don’t be embarrased it’s normal. and as for the sneaking pads in the restroom with you,like if your out or at school put them in a purse and have it on you at all times.
You may not think so now, but just talking to your mom about it will make you feel so much better. I have the worst cramps ever so bad sometimes I have to sign out from school. Eventually its not so bad because you get used to having your period, its only your first time and its normal to feel a little upset. All I can say is talk to your mom and just try to relax.
idkk how to exactly help yu but just know yur not alone im he exact way. I cry over the stupidest stuff ever and I have bad mood swings like one tyme I slapped a boy at school just because he was being annoying and ya just carry a purse, im not girly and I hate it but have too
your just pms-ing (period mood swings) it mite happen sometimes. you mite get a lot of cramps during your period and mite not. before you go to klass change your pad so you dont have to sneak one. and if you have to change it then put one in your sweater pocket so no one willl see
