you need to see a doctor as soon as possible the condom needs to come out if you cant get it out yourself, the doctor will you also need to find out if your pregnant by taking a pregnancy test 2 weeks after you had sex or by getting a blood test at the doctors because its very likley that your also pregnant now

Possibly bleeding or you may have been scratched. You need to go somewhere to get the morning after… Since you are underage, you’re going to have to talk to a health professional first (places like planned parenthood…)
