Why am I always sick?

I haven’t been not sick for a while I’m 16. It’s just that I always have a cough that never goes away. I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, have sex, etc. WTF is going on? For example october of 2008 I ran a Cross Country meet and it was raining, and I got sick and I didn’t get better til June of 2009 but it was nothing serious just a cough thoughtout Feb-June.

im no expert, but you might just not have a very strong immune system, maybe take some vitamin c tablet thingys?

well it’s probally due to the weather being rainy and chilly then you go from out in the cold to inside to warm up it will make any 1 sick. so when your outside just make sure your nice and warm and besides that I dont think this sounds normal to be sick this long maybe ask your dr?
