Think about everythin bad thats happened to you recently thats on your mind or mayb you juss neeed to cry.. its not a weird think.. you juss need to release some deep down .., unknown stress

Usually at night before you go to bed is when you think about everything!! I hate it! I do it too. Try reading, or listening to soft music before you go to bed so you can relax, and think about positive things.

well… think deep what do you have deep inside you that is making you this emotinal. I do that all the time and its because I have a lot going on. When we go to bed a whole day has passed and everything is quite and is just our mind whit us so we think of things that are deep inside that are hard to think when you are busy.
