Who knows if pitbulls fight before mating?

Does the female “test” the male’s strength before allowing him to mate with her or is that a myth?

uhm that’s a myth, a female and ale may play fight before acctual mating takes place. they generally won’t fight unless your in the situation where your trying to breed two dogs that hve aggressive tendencies.

No…tho if the female is dog aggressive, she might fight just because (definately be confused, because a big part of her wants to breed). Normally, however…the female won’t stand for the male until she is fully in heat…and if he keeps trying to mount her, she’ll get pissed.

No, she’s just thinking.. wtf are you doing back there? When she first goes into heat, she’s not gonna be up for it, so she might fight with him.. after a few days she’ll let him on her and they’ll do their business. :]
