Try websites like www.cafepress.com where you can upload the picture you want to use and put it on a t-shirt in the color & size of your choice :)

well you can get this stuff call photo paper? you like print it out, let it set for 24 hours I think, then you iron it onto your shirt?? and wellyeah

print a picture on a shirt yourself??… umm I’m pretty sure you need a special program as well as a device or something to put it on. For me, I’ve got places around here that can put pictures on tee shirts for you, for about $12!!
