Who here can help me with soulmate advice?

This is somewhat long but I’m hoping someone will understand me and truly help me from their heart. Okay so have you ever known a lot about someone to the point where you feel like you actually know them in real life, but you have never met that person in your whole entire life? Well that’s the position I am in right now. I’ve seen so many videos of this guy but they are home videos that my good friend has of him since they are related. I admit he is handsome but thats not exactly why im crazy about thia guy. Its just everything about him.the way this guy acted and the way he cared about others was what stole my heart. He really has the whole package to me. By watching tons of footage of him acting goofy at home and just being himself— I soon begun to realize I really was falling for this guy. So about 3 months went buy and I found out that this guy lives 30 minutes away from me!! And I don’t know how to explain this but I really want to meet this guy. Now listen, I know life obviously isint a fairytale and all but I do believe that if I want something- I have to go after it. I obviously am not gonna go stalk this poor guy down and tell him that I’ve been liking him for a long time because I’ve never even met the guy. But It bugs me knowing that this guy lives near me. What do I do? How can I spontaneously meet the guy I’ve been liking forever? And I can’t get to him thru my friend anymore because we are complete strangers to eachother know due to the fact that she moved. Please help
