Who can help me if my computer has been hack?

I think my computer has been hack by a hacker. So what law forcement can help me to find out for sure, and how can I track down who hack my computer?

nobody as the security of your computer is up to you…

your firewall will tell you the location and IP address if anything or anyone trys to get in and will log the info.

windows firewall is insufficient fyi.

if you look at your firewall logs you might see a strange IP or programme or file..

The reason I think I have been heach is this one guy keep sending me meassages asking if I have every found the keylogger he has left on my computer, plus he did know of a few game I has on my computer.

Now he did get my password once because he find out what my email was and was reading my emails.
