Will society, I mean humans ever go back into tribes and live in little villages and you didnt need a passport to travel anywhere, and we run out of electricity. And if so when do you think it will happen?

scientist have known people in the 1900s are smarter than people today with computers and calculators helping you think causes your brain to not develop fully. That is what I read, I had a simular question about are people getting dumber The whole villages thing is that will never happen unless there is a mass plague that kills billions of people
