Why is my camera stuck on a white screen?

I just got a Samsung S630 camera today and when i turn t on it satys in the white screen. I am thinking about returning it but, before I do I want to know if the problem is fixable and how so.

Who is you carrier? I use to work for Verizon Wireless. I do know of this issue, these phones have had before… How long have you have this phone? Because most services have a 15 to 30 day return policy. After wish however, the maj. of Cell phone Manufacturers, tend to have at least a 1 yr warranty….
