Does white eyeliner make your eyes more awake??

I tried it this morning but the pencil was being wierd.

I’m wearing white eyeliner on my top lids!! ha-ha

Yes it is supposed to. Try applying it to your tearducts / inner corners of your eyes and on your waterline as well (not on the top eyelids)

UMMM NO YOU REALLY CAN’T EVEN SEE WHITE EYELINER TRY USING BLACK IT WOULD HELP!!!
