Which artists/songs would you recommend for my iPod?

I hate listening to the radio these days, everything is overplayed and in risk of burning out my ears far too soon. So please please I beg of you list me some good tracks =P

To give you a clue of what I might like here’s some of my favourite music: Imogen Heap Fleet Foxes Emmy Rossum Erin McCarley Owl City The Killers Eisley Nerina Pallot The Fray Evanescence Muse Regina Spektor Basia Bulat Florence and the Machine Fiona Apple Anna Nalick Olafur Arnalds (instrumentals are a staple in my music diet) Shakira (prefer it when she sings in spanish most of the time, the language is soothing) Pride and Prejudice soundtrack Le Fabuleux Destin D’Amelie soundtrack

Stuff they use on Grey’s Anatomy and Scrubs are great too. And also what I hear playing in TopShop.

mostly things with piano/guitar/violin/cellos, as in real music? instead of synthesized stuff, though I like those too, only if they don’t have crap for lyrics haha. And I have a fondness for 80s and 90s music, and have yet to discover most of the music before that time!

And I’d like to request your favourite coldplay song, it’d help me get over my childhood aversion to them, I pretty much love coldplay now xD
