If you use them you won’t be able to poop on your own. They will make you dependant to them, try cleansing your body like with cranberry juice and water. Try grape jucie to it’s a natural laxitive. But if you do choose the LAX be close to a toilet you might “SHART” your pants. . .Good luck though.
well I think you get the at pharmacy(sp) well it makes you poop diarea(sp) withen 24 houres and ya I say they work preety well a bit to well lol
