where is the doctor code.

They have to eat too… No matter how insensitive it seems… At the beginning we all think well we’re here to help people (I’m training to be a counselor, and honestly we all go in it thinking about helping people), but at the end of the day doctors need to survive too and if they dont get paid they become ineffective. Do you know what sort of student loans they collect. They need to pay those off… Money is just one of those messy things that no one likes to deal with, but is a reality of life… Now if there was universal health care, this would not be a discussion…

I think its sad too…why when someone goes in to the ER or someone is on their death bed they have to deal with insurance…that should wait…no mother should have their last minutes with their child having to deal w/ insurance issues… when I went into labor, I had to sit at a frickin desk in pain and labor and give my info…couldnt that wait till after? Sad! Same deal when my son was rushed to the Er…what the heck!!!
