Where is the best place to buy flats?

I look everywhere but I can never find some cute flats. Hot Topic, AE, A&F, Hollister, Journeys, Any shoe place around me, and others. None of them have any cute flats. I want to find some with polka dots.

I wear converse, and they are love. But also, where can you find polka dot converse? I love polka dot converse because I’ve seen people with them but I can never find out where they buy them. Someone please help me out.

Try alloy.com or wetseal.com. That’s where I get all of mine. They also come out with some new shoes every month or two so if you can’t find the ones you’re looking for now, check back.

You know the Robert Something place in the mall? They have the coolest shoes there! That’s where I got my Converse!
