There are no places you can get a tattoo without parental consent. If the artist that does your tattoo does your tattoo without parental consent and your under 18 they can get fired and they can get locked up. I am 17 and I want a tattoo but in order for miners to get one parents have to fill out a form saying they know of your intentions and they are ok with the agreed upon location and size.

If you don’t want to have to have parental consent, you have to be 18 years of age or older. If your under 18 you HAVE to have a parent/legal guardian there with you when you have it done so that they can sign forms/agree to everything. The person you take CAN’T be an older brother/sister, other family member, or older friend. It HAS to be a parent/legal guardian. And don’t even tihink about a fake ID - it won’t work. That’s illegal and you’ll get in way more trouble than it’s worth. Either talk to your parents and try to get them to give you consent or simply wait until your 18. The wait won’t kill you.

There are no LEGAL places. These busineses have to keep to strict guidlines or they risk losing their license, which means the go out of business.
